Building Contracts and Forms

Building contracts and forms are not just a 'nice-to-have'.  The building industry is unique.  There are traditionally so many issues that arise with the complexity of a building project that there is a law that requires you to have a written contract and make formal disclosures for any project over $30,000 including GST.

It is also the only industry which has had so many payment problems that it has its very own Act (Construction Contracts Act) giving you legal tools to get paid.  No other industry has this.

​
